I downloaded the 45 day eval and the program seams to work fine so I bought it. You sent me a serial number in an email and I entered it ( serial number is to long and can not cut and paste it ) it gives me invalaid serial number. Do I have to reinstall for the serial number to work??

This issue has been fixed after some emails. The cause of this problem is a mistery  :-/

I have the same problem   :-[
I have tried this:

1) stop all watchDirectory tasks
2) stop the watchDirectory Control Center
3) check using the Windows Task Manager that there are no instances of
   wdrun.exe and wdcc.exe running on the "Processes" tab
4) Use the Windows Start menu, Run...
5) Enter:
   "C:\Program Files\watchDirectory\wdrun.exe" REGISTER
6) enter license info again.

Still no joy.
Using Ver 4.1.1 on Win 2003 server
