Hi,

Can you ZIP the .bat file(s) you are using and send them to me, please?

mmm, your files seem fine.
Just a guess (sorry, not much time now), can you change

Code (]:FILEREN
:FILENEW
:FILECHNG
rem
rem a file is created or updated
rem copy it to the target-directory
COPY "%WD_FILE%" "%TARGETDIR%"
GOTO QUIT
[/code):

to
[code]:FILEREN
:FILENEW
:FILECHNG
rem
rem a file is created or updated
rem copy it to the target-directory
MD "%TARGETDIR%"
COPY "%WD_FILE%" "%TARGETDIR%"
GOTO QUIT

So, you add the line
MD "%TARGETDIR%"

(this is inside the wdAutoCopy.bat file).
