Each time a file is manipulated with watchdirectory => Insert with SQL command into Database via JDBC or ODBC? Filename, fullpath, other information... ????

a plugin to do that does not exist yet, but it is planned for the future. If your database has a commandline option, you could use the bat script plugin to call it and insert the info.

Completely made-up sample:
InsertDb.exe insert into tab (datetime, directory, filename, extension) values ("%WD_DTTM%", "%WD_FILE_D%", "%WD_FILE_N%", "%WD_FILE_E%")
Also, the bat file plugin can be used to start Visual Basic scripts, and I believe those have direct support for databases. A sample .VBS is installed with watchDirectory.
