Title: Copy file and unavailable network
Post by MartinL on Feb 12th, 2014 at 8:46pm
Hi!

I'm working on a server which is in a lockup (i.e. the network is not available at all until 4 pm for security reasons).

The FTP upload script feature an "Unlimited number of connections attemp", which is fine to see if the network is available and then upload the files.

I want to replicate the same thing with the copy file, becuase we are using shared drives. For the moment, when the network become unavailable (between 8 am and 4 pm), the script just stop. I have to restart manually the script at 4 pm.

Any way to do this?

Thank you!

Hello Martin,

You can use the scheduler options for that, see attached picture. Probably best to also use this for your FTP upload task to minimize network usage.
