Hello all,

I'm having this issue where 2 services stopped and both were due the following error:

Both were working fine until that.

Attached it will be found screen captures and the tasks being used.

The log files generated (eventstodo.log) shows me only the following:

Hi,

The tasks were waiting for a response from the FTP server but did not receive this response. This can sometimes happen (internet/network connections are not 100% reliable).

When a task stops it stores remaining events to eventstodo.log file.

Hi Gert, thanks for the reply,

After posting realized the eventstodo was the files which were not processed.

In any case also realized I did not have FTP write and debug mode enabled in order to investigate the matter. I added them afterwards and just in case I gave more time to "Try to connect to the FTP server" in order for the job not autostop after the first failure. So far the past 2 days it has not stopped nor missed any event from what I could check. So happiness in the air :)
