Title: "When this SubTask fails..." question
Post by kalars3 on Nov 24th, 2016 at 8:16pm
Hello all, me again bothering with a question hehe.

So this has happened, we have a task which runs multiple tasks:

1st: It copy files from one server to another
2nd: After copying it renames it.

What happened was that yesterday we had to restart the destination server, therefor the task itself has stopped (as I requested it if the copy fails, to not continue it), but here where I see that when the 1st task fails, to retry several amount of times.

However I have not seen where it says which is the amount of time that retrying the 1st sub task takes. As to say, if restarting the server takes 5-10 mins, to make reattempts every 15 mins if the task fails. Or should I just put a random number large enough to cover it? Or even maybe a future configuration I am missing?

Thanks in advance. :)
