Schedule
Jul 28th, 2006 at 9:38pm

I've set up a schedule that auto ZIP all *.iis files in a particular folder every Sunday.  But, when the log file becomes available (no longer being written to), the event runs and ZIPs the file.  This is only supposed to happen on a Sunday.

Here's the schedule info:

[watchDirectorySchedule]
method=2
methodDelayNum=1
methodDelayWhat=3
methodWeekdaySun=1
methodWeekdayMon=0
methodWeekdayTue=0
methodWeekdayWed=0
methodWeekdayThu=0
methodWeekdayFri=0
methodWeekdaySat=0
methodWeekdayPart=0
methodWeekdayIgnoreOutside=0
mergeTasks=1
mergeUpdatesTimestamp=0

Hi,

Can you send me your complete config file so I can do some testing? See my signature for the email address.

Thanks for the config file.

It seems that the option "fire FILENEW/DIRNEW events at startup" bypasses the scheduler. I will have to think about how to fix that, as perhaps maybe there are other customers that rely on this behavior.
