To convert DOC(X) to PDF with WatchDirectory you will need a helper program that supports command line processing, like Convert-Doc ( ).
I never tried this particular program, and I assume there are other tools like it available.

Anyway, what you would need to do is create a new WatchDirectory task that uses the "Run a bat file" plugin ( ). Let the task monitor the directory for new DOC files and start the following batch script:
[code]SET TARGETDIR=C:\TargetPdf
SET CVD=c:\program files\Softinterface, Inc\Convert Doc\ConvertDoc.exe

"%CVD%" /S "%WD_FILE%" /T "%TARGETDIR%\%WD_FILE_B%.PDF" /F9 /C12 /M2 /V

Above, the WD_FILE and WD_FILE_B variables are set by WatchDirectory before it calls the script ( ).

I just looked around a bit on the SoftInterface website and see the ConvertDoc is quite expensive. Like I mentioned above, there are probably other command line tools you can find on the net.
