Task shut off
Nov 29th, 2011 at 7:11pm

Hi everybody,
I run a task to alert me to files being deposited in an FTP folder.
I leave the FTP server on at all times.
Periodically, I find that the task has stopped running.
Why is this and what can I do about it?
Thanks

Hello Stephen,

Hard to say what is happening. Can you please follow the instructions in this blogpost:
http://watchdirftp.blogspot.com/2010/06/send-task-backup-to-support.html

So you enable debug and start the task again. The next time the task stops by itself do NOT RESTART IT but first create a backup and email it to me (gert at gdpsoftware dot com).
