Hi I am have a slight problem with the print PDF function. I am using version 4.8.8 on a virtual 2012 server. When I run the task manually on the server the print is fine, but when I run the task as a windows service, the print positioning appears to be lost and the footer is cut off from the print. I have tried using acrobat on the server but PDFs don't print when logged out of the server. Any suggestions and advice would be welcomed. Thanks

Hi,

When you run a task "normal" it runs as "you" (your user), when you run it as a Windows Service, it runs as (typically) the user "LocalSystem". I guess it is some kind of user setting/preference that causes this Foxit issue.

You should change the user/password for the Windows Service to see if that helps. See the last paragraph in this blog: http://blog-en.gdpsoftware.com/2010/04/watchdirectory-tasks-as-windows-service.html
