Hi, I have 3 tasks running, each monitoring a different directory but making a ZIP file (of each sub folder) in the same directory on a separate drive.
All's been going fine for years but suddenly 1 of the tasks gives this error at start up SyncPoint ThreadID: 0x4A70 -- EXCPETION! the other 2 tasks are performing correctly .. all tasks have the same settings except for the monitored folder |

Hello Bruce,
Maybe the history database became corrupt. Make sure the task is stopped. In the WD Control Center, select the menu "Tools -> Explore Task Directory". This opens explorer, typically inside C:\ProgramData\WatchDirectory. Navigate to the subdirectory having the same name as the task. Delete the file(s) with names starting with "history". Unzip this empty db: www.watchdirectory.net/img/forum/history.zip If that doesn't help, enable "Debug" and run the task until you see the error. Then stop the task and send (email!) me a backup.
