Title: Using FTP Upload geting CRYPTO error

When trying to change an FTP to a customers new FTP server, I get a crypto algorithm could not be negotiated error. This is on a server 2012 R2 and it has all the TLS enabled currently except SSL3. WD version is 4.9.4. any thoughts on why it will not work? Using the same settings on file zilla on my desktop works fine

It has a new window for ftp, labled "Security" where you can set the exact encryption alghorithm to use.
