watchDirectory version 3.2.8

A new version has been released with one new feature and a fix:

NEW: The /n commandline option (fire filenew/dirnew at startup) accepts a new sub-option 'q' (/nq). This causes watchDirectory to exit after processing all existing files and directories.

FIX: The "Retry to monitor directory" option didn't allow for some specific network faillures.
