watchDirectory 4.5.3 beta

Hi,

A new beta of WD is available, with one minor change. The previous version of WD sends NOOP commands (FTP/Upload task) to keep the connection "active". Some FTP servers do not like these commands, so this beta makes sending NOOP commands optional.
