WD will not start

I was running WD for years on Win7 64 when it stopped running a month ago. I've unistalled it with Revo uninstaller and reinstalled it with the same result. It appears to be starting and then nothing happens. the tasks are in Services and stopped. Other WD serices WdSystemHost stopped, WdSericeHost running. What is the solution? Other programs on the computer are running fine w/out crashes or any system issue.

Hello Dick, I also replied to your email.

Can you do the following, it may show something...
Run a command prompt (cmd.exe) with administrative privileges (right-click a shortcut to cmd.exe and select run as admin).
Navigate to the WD install folder by entering this command
CD "C:\Program Files (x86)\WatchDirectory"
Now run wd and send me a screenshot of the message you get:
wdrun.exe
