Watchdirectory a great tool for a lot of jobs!

Mitcom ApS is a small company from Brønderslev, Denmark. We provide Windows NT based network solutions with software, hardware and support for small local companies. We are Microsoft Certified Partners and also provide Microsoft Business Solutions XAL and C5. Furthermore we are Internet hosts/providers with webservers, mailservers, terminalservers, fileservers and onlinebackup services.

At Mitcom we have been using Watchdirectory for a few years now. It's a great tool for a lot of different tasks and has been under constant development in the time we have used it, providing a lot of useful new features.

We use Watchdirectory for monitoring file servers, making backup copies of files and letting us know of any changes. Also it helps us with the process; making thumbnails of some drawing files, creating "shortcuts" to new files for every user and automatically creating new users for our sites without having to interact with the server itself.

The possibilities of Watchdirectory are huge. We haven't come across any limitations yet and what's more we quite often find new ways to use this great program.

Being a small company with only a few employees and having around 500 users on different servers, Watchdirectory helps us save a lot of time, because of its easy use and incredible stability without taking up a lot of system resources.

The support crew has always been great at helping us if we had any problems with either the program or with any of the tasks we were running, and we are glad to have been involved in the beta-testing of new versions.
