For which Events should the Task Start
On this window you see all "events" that watchDirectory can detect on your file system. Several events are grayed out, because they do not make sense for the plugin you selected. For example, we are now configuring the Copy Files plugin, so what can it do for "deleted files"? The answer is, obviously, nothing. That's why that option is disabled for this plugin.
The desired events are already preselected, so we can proceed to the next step.
